Greetings all from Southwest New Mexico! I am new here and have been checking out the site. I am sincerely impressed with all the information gathered here! I know it will help me out. I have been smoking meat for 3 years now and love it! I am addicted! I have been using a vertical gas smoker and it's ok but I will be the proud owner of a myron mixon vulcan series v9 in less than a month and I am stoked about it. I know between the Website and my new smoker I will be in bbq heaven this summer and all year round!!
