Excited to be a part of the community! My wife and I bought our first house recently, and to celebrate I added a Weber Master Touch and a Blackstone to go with my Traeger.
I’ve benefited from several recipes on here already before I joined and looking forward to the ones I’ve already begun to earmark I didn’t have access to before.
So far some of my biggest successes have been wet rub St. Louis style ribs, smoked salmon, reverse seared filet, pulled pork, along with double bacon cheeseburgers and breakfast on the Blackstone. I cook a lot of other things across all cuisines and cultures in the kitchen, but I feel like a newbie outside. Going to be fun to start expanding my skills with the brilliant meatheads here.
My wife will eat anything too so I lucked out there.
