Smokin' In The Buckeye State

Greetings everybody!
Long time lurker, new member here.

I had gotten a good deal of (free) information from this site all summer,
and decided it was time to join up and help pay for things.

I started out with a New Braufels offset that I used constantly,
but got tired of dealing with the charcoal after about 10 years or so.
I bought a Z Grills pellet smoker after we moved and fell in love with it.
I also bought a Weber kettle and a Weber 310 propane grill.

Since it's just the 2 of us, I don't do big amounts.
My wife really likes the pork shoulders, and I really like smoking them.
(she's a keeper)
