Glad to be onboard. I've been a follower of this site for a while and thought it was time to join. Been grilling for most of my 70+ years, charcoal and gas, but just started smoking a few years ago. I'm using a Weber charcoal smoker which has it's challenges but overall a successful adventure. I'm about to start a brine for brisket and will be turning it into pastrami next week.
I'm looking forward to learning from all of you.
