Greetings from Phoenix, AZ. My name is John Hudson I started smoking in the early 80's after watching an episode of Justin Wilson smoking a turkey, since then I have tried to master the art with my Oklahoma Joe Highland smoker. After reading some of the material on this site I don't anything about the art, but at 73 years old I am willing to start over. Love the site and looking forward to many good smokes.
