Hey everyone, I've been a member of the club for exactly 3 years today, but sadly this is my first post. I'm not usually one for forums, so I hope you'll all forgive me. I've been smoking meats and other goodies for years now and I just love the hobby. I have a Pit Boss Brunswick pellet smoker that I've had about a year or so and it works pretty good. I really like it because it's basically a hands-off kind of thing, and I really love to be able to do other things while waiting for a cook to complete.

Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
