    New Boy on the block.

    I am from Memphis, Tennessee now living in The Colony Texas. I have been here for 23 years, spent 20 years in the Navy. I have been cooking on and off since I can remember. I was on a professional cooking team in Memphis, and won some times but never won the MNM. The name of our team was "Pig Posse". Moved down here and kept on cooking. I have 3, 22"Webers grills, 1 Brinkman off set smoker 30X16 cooking chamber and just bought a Char-Griller Grand Champ XD series. Still learning this smoker, finally got all the leaks stopped, now working on temperature control. I have a Thermo Pro 4 probes bluetooth plus Thermo ProRemote thermometer with 4 color coated probes plus 1more I got a long time ago Remote wireless BBQ & Meat Thermometer with 4 probes. Everyone that eats my cooking says it great but I do really beleve it all.
