                    Thanks y'all. I cook the typical competition meats but do like to experiment as much as I can. I'm actually building a custom made whole hog cooker right now. Really want to try my hand at it. I'll post up pics when I get it built. In the meantime I cook on a custom trailer set up and of course my original barrel smoker.
