Greetings folks. I have been using AmazingRibs for info on equipment for years. Finally took the plunge to join up. I love to BBQ and use Kamodo's, pellet grills, off-set Stick burners and gassers. I think they all have a spot in the arsenal. Looking forward to sharing ideas and continuing to learn as I go.

If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
