    Hello from Everett, WA

    Greetings from the great northwest. I joined the club in order to learn, learn, and learn! I am a rookie, so hope to gain a lot of knowledge and skill from this site. I have an older Charbroil gas grill, a Big Easy, a large propane smoker and a small electric smoker, and a recently purchased GMG Davy Crockett pellet grill. I also have a dehydrator which I've been using to make my own beef jerky. My other passion is beer, including brewing my own.

                        Welcome! Did you enjoy the wind storm last night? 60 mph winds here on Whidbey Island have made it tough to bbq this week, but hopefully the weekend will bring better conditions. Let us know what you are cooking or trying.

                          Yeah, was a little crazy last night. I managed to cook a pork loin roast on my pellet grill despite the rain. The heavy wind part didn't start until after I was done. Thanks for the welcome!

                          Nope, never been to Nepal. Just a guy who likes cats, so my wife started calling me catman. I added the "du" because it sounded better. Thanks for the welcome!
