I live in a small farming and ranch community that has a fair share of winter except for this year..have a Weber Genesis for a barbeque and 2 junior Treager pellet smokers,,long story..ran into Amazingribs website trying to satisfy a pastrami craving..when i invited a neighbour over to share the pastrami..I got rave reviews..i also thought it was the best I have had..my second tasting of the dish..also used your bacon recipe..enjoying everything so far..
