Just last week I purchased my pbc. I've gained so much knowledge from this forum I couldn't help but support it. I am a 33 yr old married concrete finisher living in Joliet IL. My other interests are nature walks, bike riding, movies and DIY projects around the house(more out of necessity), knife collecting and firearms. I just started smoking last week and so far have done whole chicken, baby backs and tri tip. Doing my first brisket this upcoming weekend. Hoping to just be sponge here and soak up as much knowledge as I can. Maybe post a few pics along the way
