Thanks for all the kind welcomes! I bought the rig as a conventional smoker that wouldn’t cook so I enlarged the fire box and put a plate in it and moved the stack. I didn’t invent any of it a buddy had a Lane and I used those numbers. I don’t make a living it’s just fun and me and some friends cook for families that have lost a love one we don’t charge it’s a labor of love. And no I’m a native Floridian that wants to leave for the summer but work won’t let me for now!
