Hello from Minnesota,

I have been a member for quite a while but haven’t been very active. I am smoking or grilling almost every weekend.

My hardware line up consists of an ancient Rec Teq RT 680, a Rec Teq RB 380, and a Weber Gasser. Some of my favorite cooks include Salmon, Baby Backs, Carolina Style pulled pork, and whole Tri Tips.

Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe.
