Hi from Brittany, western France!
I have been forced into bbq by my girlfriend three years ago. I have been addicted since.
I cook on a traeger pro 22 and my trusty 18 inch kettle. I am upgrading to an offset soon because i often cook with wood splits in the kettle, i love the taste but it’s a real pain to babysit a tiny fire in an airflow limited setup.
I think i will have much to learn from you guys!
Currently own:
Weber 22 and 26 Kettle.
Regular gasser with rotisserie.
Custom built horizontal stick burner.
Custom built duel fuel "whole hog" cooker.
Many other tools of the trade.
Welcome from the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C.! I have centuries-deep family ties in Brittany and Normandy, on my "bucket list" to visit some day. Hope you have fun here, sounds like you are well set up
