    Hello from the Left Coast!

    Hi All,

    Hello from Santa Cruz California!

    I've been smoking meat/nuts/chicken/ribs/nuts for 25+ years, I've had charcoal, gas, electric and pellet smokers over the years.

    I am currently a recovering Traeger owner. What a poor decision, My 1 year old Treager will go on CraigsList this weekend.

    I finally decided to go big and get a Lone Star Grillz Pellet smoker. Any LSG pellet smoker owners out there? Always seeking great advice!

    I look forward to connecting with folks. I have a secret recipe to share for some amazing smoked almonds if anyone is interested.
