    Greetings from SW Florida, former Clarence Center resident, volunteer fireman & retired. I go by Hogjaws now when smokin otherwise it's Tom and Princess is Carolyn. Pretty new to this with a new Camp Chef but Mr. Meathead Sir makes us all look good and deserves our thanks tenfold.

                      Hogjaws is humbled. This site and these folks make us all look good. We first tasted Brisket in Alpine TX, on our way to Alaska in 2000. I asked who made it and it was a little elderly lady who I asked to marry me.
