New from eastern NC

Giving the Pitmaster Club a trial after about 2 years of using the site. I'm a moderate smoker/griller. I currently have a RecTeq pellet smoker, a Weber Genesis gas grill, and a Weber Kettle charcoal grill. Smoking & grilling are a great hobby for me and I'm only a backyard BBQer smoking and grilling for the family & friends.
