You're going to love brisket cooked on the PBC.

Here's a topic about smoking a brisket on the PBC that has some recent updates and a lot of good info. It's as good a place to start as any, probably.

I hope everyone is doing well. On the Pit Barrel Cooker (PBC), I have had great success with most cuts of meat. Pork Shoulder, ribs, turkey . . . all have a success rate of 90%+. Brisket however, has been a 50-50 proposition. Its the toughest meat for me and most cooks, and that is fine. In my 20 or so brisket cooks over 2

        Welcome to The Pit!

Welcome to the Pit Q-roger! I agree with others, the PBC is great at cooking lots of things, including brisket. Just use 2 hooks to hold it tight.
