Scott, here. After years of being a fan and follower, I finally decided to pull the trigger on a membership, long overdue.
Looking forward to benefiting from all the years of experience, and info. Especially since I am a almost completely blind cook. Haven’t let that get in my way, can be a bit frustrating, especially when you consider I’m playing with fire here. I currently am the owner of a: large green egg, weber, smoky mountain, 18, camp, chef, flat top, and of course a weber grill, who doesn’t have one of those.
