Hello from a long time lurker, I've been smoking foods for a long time and been coming to this site for quite some time and finally decided to join in.
I started out when I was given a charcoal bullet smoker by some friends who couldn't make it work,then on to a vertical gasser, and then I built a UDS... then a client gave me a 22" WSM, again because he too couldn't run it, go figure...
Now I also have a Meadow Creek BX-50 insulated box smoker, and do alot of smoking for the neighborhood, glad to meet y'all, and hope to learn some new things and maybe even pass on something too...
