Howdy folks. Long time reader, first time subscriber. Reporting in from NW Ohio, and have a real love for making food, especially outdoors. My favorite apparatus to cook on has been my 22" Weber Master Touch I received as a house warming gift about three years ago now. I've grilled about anything I could think of on it. I was also fortunate enough to be gifted a propane smoker I've used just one since getting it about three months ago (sad!). Smoking some grub this Sunday, though, praise be to the Lord.
I adore trying new recipes and techniques, so this site has been an absolute treasure trove for me. One of my favorite things to make is a classic burger, exciting, I know lol. My quest this summer is to develop a signature burger that I can make with high levels of repeatability.
