    Greetings from Ohio

    Hi all,

    My name is Joe. Looking forward to learning more from the Pit.

    I have been experimenting with smoking for a decade or more learning to smoke home made Kielbasi. Using a 20# electric from sausage maker out of Buffalo NY. Am looking to convert a cabinet smoker I purchased from defunct Chinese rest.

    Weber 22 kettle w/smokenator is my go to cooker for ribs,butts,roasts.

              Welcome! You said you smoke your own kielbasa. Dumb question, do you make it & if so what would your recipe be. Since I have moved here to WI I have not been able to find any good kielbasa. All the markets are German oriented. They make great brats, lousy kielbasa. As Danjohnston949 said, you have joined THE UNIVERSITY. I am in class 101 & it is terrific. Again, welcome!
