I have been experimenting with smoking for a decade or more learning to smoke home made Kielbasi. Using a 20# electric from sausage maker out of Buffalo NY. Am looking to convert a cabinet smoker I purchased from defunct Chinese rest.
Weber 22 kettle w/smokenator is my go to cooker for ribs,butts,roasts.
