I have been a fan of this site for many years and have nothing but respect for the "Pitmaster." I love all facets of cooking (grilling, baking, etc.) and love the science of it. That is why I enjoy this site. I not only want to know the how but, I want to know the why. In the process of preparing a prime rib for Christmas and you can bet I have gone over the recipe from this site many times already.
