Hi all! New member, and new to smoking. I live in Central Texas, originally from Michigan. Retired Army Combat Medic with just shy of 27 years active duty. Been married to my sweetheart since ‘88. We have two boys (both married), and 3 grandkids with one on the way!
Looking forward to learning to bbq and smoke!!
Welcome from Chicagoland, and thank you for your service! While this forum and website are great, Meathead’s book is the single best investment you can make for grilling and smoking: https://www.amazon.com/Meathead-Scie...0812921&sr=8-1
