Married 50 yrs, 3 kids, 7 gkids.

Ex Military 82nd Airborne. Retired wildland fighter, 45 years. worked on wildfires and incidents in 30 states.

Cooking expertise or lack thereof, just a beginner. Being a beginner, my my pallet is open to mastering everything. I'm particularly interested in that Sous Vide cooking.

Digital thermometers: there are 2 on my Recteq, which I love, and an Oxo.

Favorite beer, yuengling, Black & Tan and Miller light

No web site or social media!!!

Helping my kids & grandkids. Working on our compound. Working with our dogs. RVing BBQ working wood
