Why Did It Take Me So Long To Find This Site - Can't Wait To Dig In!

Hello Everyone,

I've been cooking on my Pit Barrel Cooker for quite a few years and I'm looking to up my game and join some like-minded folks who enjoy good food and the process it takes to cook it!

I'm in Ypsilanti, Michigan, father, grandfather, and husband, musician, food lover, love to cook and I enjoy some good adult beverages as well.

Getting ready to do my first turkey on my PBC and looking for info on the net and I found this site. I can't believe I didn't see this sooner!

Anyway, I'm going to be trying spatchcock for the first time so wish me luck, and thanks for having me!
