    Howdy Everyone!

    Big Meat (John) here. Joined today and am excited on improving my BBQ skills. I also hope I can contribute some of my personal recipies to the group. I originally learned on a Traeger Texas and a Traeger XL150 (I still use today occasionally). I now mainly use a Cookshack FEC120 that I purchased recently and am now learning how to use for my backyard BBQ'ing for family, friends and employees. I got my nickname 10 years ago from fishing in Alaska with my buddies when I pulled in three 120-190 Halibuts in two hours. The nickname stuck partially becuase I personally tip the scales at around 300lbs. LOL
