Hello from southern Michigan, Milo Beers. I have been smoking for a couple years, been using a pellet grill. I recently made a smoker from a whiskey barrel. Don't see much on hear about that.its a cold smoker and hot. Got a smoke daddy on it. Smoke some bacon for 8 hrs.came out good. I think I'm going to like it. Main heat source is charcoal.
