    Howdy, Slow Smoke here from the Blue Ridge Mountians of Virginia. I hope to learn and share with you Pitt masters. I use a WSM 18.5, Bbq guru "party Q", Igrill2.

        Welcome to fun in the Pit! I cook on a Big Green Egg. I have cooked on a number of different cookers in the past, but now I'm just trying to do everything on the BGE. For years I cooked on a old water smoker which was not nearly as sophisticated as your WSM. There were no vent controls. But, as my handle indicates I could do a good Boston Butt.
