Checking in from Upstate New York. I'm more of a listener than I am a talker. I've learned a lot here. I've been cooking for years on a weber kettle; added a camp chef pellet grill a couple years ago and am excited to say that I just ordered a KBQ. Can't wait to try it out. I got my start cooking chickens on an open pit at the Legion Post a long time ago. Pork butts on the pellet grill are pretty good, looking forward to seeing how much better they can be on the KBQ.
Anyways, Just wanted to check in (finally) and introduce myself.
