Starting my trial membership today. Longtime meat smoker. Started with the Cajun vertical charcoal smoker - Big Green Egg - Kamado - Yoder 640 Pellet Smoker and now using Ole Hickory Ace MM charcoal only for smoking and PK 360 for grilling and smaller smokes. Also just received a Blackstone Griddle for my birthday. Always looking to learn and experiment!
