Hello all, long time lurker here, but figured I should wade in and say howdy.
I've been grilling and smoking for quite a while, and am learning something new every time I cook.
I've had great sucess using a lot of Meathead's recipes over the years.
If you'd ask my lovely wife, she'd say we have too much outdoor cooking equipment LOL. Nope.
Lately, I've been greatly enjoying cooking open fire over a Breeo firepit.
Aside from cooking, my wife and I are both Executive Bourbon Stewards, and enjoy entering cocktail contests.
