My name is Victor, but I keep pet rats (hence my username). I also have a dog who gets upset if she's not eating while anyone else, be they human or canine, is. Her name is Faith and she's my avatar because she's better looking than I am.
A good friend of mine has a Pit Barrel Smoker and after the last party he had (pre-COVID) my gf told me we had to get a smoker. Three or four years later we finally got our own PBS and the first thing I cooked was....grilled chicken, at her request.
I plan to try smoking something simple--probably a pork loin--this weekend, then the next . . . well, I just saw the local Wegman's has tomahawk steaks available.
I'm looking forward to stealing everybody's recipes.
