Hello fellow smoke heads. I've been a backyard BBQ guy for quite a while; one of my favorite hobbies. Most often I smoke ribs but when we have a big party it's brisket time! My wife and I live on a boat in Boston Harbor. The marina rules don't allow any open fires while docked at the marina so I use a Smokin Tex 1100, which works quite well. As far as I know, I'm the only person with a smoker on his boat in Boston. When on land I use my Weber Smokey Mountain.

Been smoking a handful of years, just got serious in the last year. Thanks to AR n @glemn picked up an SnS Kamado for appx 1/3 price of new. I dont think he used it twice. Love AR! keep calm n smoke on! Miss you Bonesy.
