Hello everyone, Stuart here from Vermont. I'm rejoining after a few years away. I have a weber gas grill, Yoder YS450 and a Weber 22" charcoal grill. Have been making bacon, brisket, pastrami, ribs and chicken for several years. Really enjoy sharing with family and friends.

A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. 3 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
