Hello, I'm brand new to Pitmaster, but have been smoking meat for a long time. I enjoy my Komodo Joe and I have a large vertical smoker that can do up to 10 briskets. Love to cook for folks. More experience with brisket (Texas style) than ribs but eager to learn. Cliff Hall
