Hi all. I’m a long time visitor to amazingribs.com but finally joined the Pitmaster Club today. I use a WSM 22, Weber kettle, Weber Genesis, and a Cru Ovens model 30. I just purchased my first pellet smoker, a Camp Chef Woodwind 24. I love the food that comes off my WSM but I don’t use it much as we have a busy life with a 5 and 7 year old. Hoping to smoke a lot more often now but still use the WSM when I really want that deep smoke flavor. Looking forward to learning from all of you.
