    New to BBQ

    Hello from Buffalo NY, not known for BBQ but many BBQ enthusiasts. I have no skill and i am actually still waiting for my Weber master touch to arrive. I am using a 18 in kettle now. I’m looking forward to learning and growing from all of the users. Thanks

        Greetings from Chicagoland - The Pit is a great place to learn and hang out. The quickest way to learn the fundamentals is to buy Meathead’s book, follow his instructions closely, and post here when you have problems. Enjoy!
