    Hello from St. Louis

    Hi guys, just joined about an hour ago.
    Looking forward to interacting with everyone. I've been cooking for years and just want to step up my game. Army Vet (not a cook though). I a homemade barrel grill, a Brinkman gas grill and just purchased a Camp Chef Propane Smoker.
    I love cooking outdoors and I'm looking forward to any tips to improve. 🐷🐮🐟
