Long time reader and and member for the last few months. Located in south Florida near Ft. Lauderdale, but originally for DFW. Lots of great info on the site that has helped me have more fun and better results. I currently have Camp Chef pellet smoker, 18.5" WSM and Weber Genesis gas grill. and lots of other toys and accessories. Thanks for the site and all the great information!
Welcome to the Pit! I just arrived at our son's home in Dallas. No turkey for Thanksgiving, but will be cooking a butt on either his Weber 26" kettle or his neighbor's Big Green Egg.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
