    Hi and thanks

    I think we're getting the hang of smoking a brisket. Its been on for 9 hours at the time of the picture. Thank you for all the terrific advice and great recipes.

    Give us a pic of the finished brisket. I admire a guy who will tend the fire on a stick burner. That’s devotion. At my age I am into to set it and forget it and sleep.
