Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

Editing a comment

started on a gasser. Moved onto a large BGE, then added a 2nd M BGE, then sold M to buy an XL BGE. Decided to move to a house with a bigger yard so I could build an outdoor kitchen.

Movers dropped the L BGE, so decided that was a good reason to get into "pure wood" smoking. Bought pellet smoker with insurance money. Was trolling Craigslist and found a great deal on an offset about a week ago. Pulled the trigger on a C60 too.

I’m partial to all the classics, want to learn the art of wood!
