    New Week, New Member

    New to the art of barbecue, outdoor cooking in general and to the kamado specifically. Based in the UK with a Monolith Icon, and open to learning, particularly when it comes to working with these smaller grills. I've had some success with chicken thighs on the rotisserie, got a consistent process for great hot-smoked salmon and I'm getting better at temperature management and control in general, but temps & timings for the smaller portions that fit onto this mini grill, with the limited distance between heat shield and grill, are more tricky.

    Based in SE UK, but seems like most here are in the US! Nice to meet you all
