    Hello from Scotland

    Hi folks,

    Recently joined the forum after picking up some great and and tips from the website.

    Started smoking over the last year, and had some awesome results.

    I’m cooking on a ProQ frontier, usually using Weber briquettes…seem to work well for me.

    Short ribs have been a favourite - hoping to get some bigger cooks on the go this summer.

                              Welcome! Lived in Edinburgh for a year. The lack of light during the winter is tough.

                              For those who don’t know, Madrid is roughly on the same latitude as NYC…Scotland is waaaaay the hell up there.
