                              Welcome fr Cincy Ohio! I started with an electric box smoker! First full packer took 40hours. Def low n slow! Didn’t know any better ( what’s a Texass crutch?! ) Then I tried a full packer on the warming shelf of my two burner gasser!
                              FLAME ON!! In the rain! Last but not least.
                              Six hours hang in the PBC. WRAP! Finish on grill in PBC. PULL at 203. All were delish!
