Hey everyone new to the group from Yucaipa Ca. I'm a backyard BBQ enthusiast who loves to cook on just about anything. I run a 80 gallon offset, Yoder ys640, blackstone flat top, Santa Maria grill and recently taking it back to where I started 30 years ago to just a plain Weber kettle.
