Man, you have no idea how right you were in starting the way you did. I have never seen anybody get off the ground the way you have. Everybody always starts backwards with the cooker. They usually end up fixin things by joinin the Pit & readin Meatheads book. Then after that they find the importance of a thermo meter. Scheeewwwy, ding dang, yer a keeper! Thanks FireMan! Actually, I thought I was doing it backward. I’m off to a good start, though. Saturday I drilled holes in a brand new Weber 22, cured my high temp paint with a
heat gun, installed little swinging doors over the holes, installed a Billows fan and a SnS, did a dry run Saturday night, and at 1:00 am, while I was holding 400, baked a chicken pot pie. Best cheap Banquet pie ever!
