Sooo, since we played a part in yer gettin above mentioned cookers, we’d like to see em, at work of course. Welcome, eat good and have fun!

sold the Joe because we moved from Red Lodge to Billings and didn’t really want to move that behemoth. Was considering a new Big Joe, the Blaze cast aluminum Kamado, and the Weber S6. Picked the S6 and couldn’t be happier.
Added the Slow and Sear Low Profile, ThermoWorks Signals/Billows, and after the first handful of cooks on it I’ll probably be cooking 90% of our meals on it when it isn’t snowing.
