          sold the Joe because we moved from Red Lodge to Billings and didn’t really want to move that behemoth. Was considering a new Big Joe, the Blaze cast aluminum Kamado, and the Weber S6. Picked the S6 and couldn’t be happier.
          Added the Slow and Sear Low Profile, ThermoWorks Signals/Billows, and after the first handful of cooks on it I’ll probably be cooking 90% of our meals on it when it isn’t snowing.
