Hi everyone, Johan here from Dallas. I'm a lifetime lover of grilling and more recently got into the smoking/bbq game. I'm also an equipment junky with a 26 inch Weber Kettle, Recteq 700 pellet grill, and most recently a Pit Barrel cooker. Looking forward to learning more and also hopefully contributing some. At least my kids swear my stuff is decent.
